KHEMCHAND GROUP

Our group of Company is associated with Indian railways for the last 30 years in various fields i.e. Mfg & supply of MBC Sleepers, Flash Butt Welding of Rails, USFD Testing etc. and Diesel Locomotive spares parts for Diesel Locomotives Works, Varanasi and Zonal Railway.

The group of Company is managed by Mr. S. Kumar, graduate Engineer in 1975 from Institute of Technology, Kanpur along with the member of retired railway officers. Further to this Mr. Sandeep Sukhwani MBA from UK has joined the company having international experience of the market.

In Khemchand Co. Our activity includes Flash Butt Welding, USFD Testing of Rails, Robotic welding of Cms Xings etc.

In regard with Precision Equipments Co. we have recently started manufacturing import substitutes items for Diesel Loco like Turbo Dowelling HHP Traction motors blowers etc.

  • So far we done more than 2,00,000 Flash Butt Joints.
  • We have tested successfully USFD Testing of more than 40,000 Tkms of Rail of IR.
  • Our sister concern Precision Equipments Co. is envolved in precision machining & fabrication of Diesel loco spares & manufacturing various loco spares for ALCO & EMD Engines.

Flash Butt Welding

We do Flash Butt Welding of Rails which are duly approved by RDSO. We have eight mobile flash butt welding machines to cater the demand of Indian Railways. We have successfully executed over 3,00,000 Flash Butt Welding Joints.

Reconditioning of CMS Crossing

We do Re-conditioning of CMS crossing "In-Situ" using Translamatic Robotic welding machine of CTF, France. By using this method extend the service life of CMS crossing upto 80 GMT. Our company is duly authorized by RDSO to reconditioning the CMS crossing in Indian Railway.

USFD Testing of Rails/Welds

We do Non-destructive testing of rails and welds using a digital USFD machine operated by RDSO certified operators.We have successfully completed approximtely 60,000 TKMS of rail testing and more than 4,00,000 FB/AT Welds.
